Ingham County Mobile Health Unit

The Ingham County Health Unit will be at LMTS Community Outreach Services in April, May and June to provide FREE health and support services. Available services include vaccines, blood pressure & cholesterol checks, health screenings, wound care, harm reduction kids, basic needs supplies, over-the-counter medications, and one-on-one consultations with a health provider. Stop by to access care and resources in a convenient, community-based setting. No cost, no appointment needed. FREE.
