Don't miss these Free Oral Health Assessments for Older Adults (age 60+)! Each participant will have an oral health assessment, including an Oral Cancer Screening, and receive free oral health aids (toothbrush, toothpaste, denture supplies, dry mouth products, etc.). No appointment necessary! The Senior Smile Survey is supported by the Delta Dental Foundation. By participating in this survey, you will help Michigan learn more about the oral health needs of its Senior Citizens. All of your information will be kept confidential. FREE.
